Role                           : Test Lead

Duration                       : 2 Years 9 Months (June 2014 – March 2017)

Project Description:  Project relates to maintenance and development of Advisor platform designed to cater close to 40000 registered independent financial advisors and institutional traders. Applications such as account opening, trading of securities like equities, fixed income and other services.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Spearheaded re-scripting of application test suites, resulting in identification of gaps in test scripts.

·         Participated in planning and budgeting of quality assurance efforts.

·         Supervised the work of 12 team members, offering constructive feedback on their work performance.

·         Defined clear targets and objectives and communicated them to other team members.

·         Monitored time lines and flagged potential issues to be addressed.

·         Coordinated End to End meetings across multiple cross organizational teams.

·         Played Scrum Master Role on temporary basis.

·         Active participations in Sprint Planning, Grooming, Scrum and Retro meetings.
