It is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking Associate’s to join the (Cap Mark’s) Change Management Team. Associate Member will be used demonstrated core competencies in Project Management, Leadership, Building strong relationships with business leaders, and Business Acumen in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) to manage multiple diverse activities associated with strategies to achieve defined benefits and controls. Analyst is responsible and control over the day-to-day management of a wide variety of activities undertaken by the group of analyst’s facilitating business change (process, people, technology, data, communications), as well as coordination with numerous PMO’s and organizations outside of Cap Mark’s to manage interdependent change initiatives.

Associates will be responsible for analyze, evaluate, design and implement the solutions involved in the processes (programs, methods, and procedures) to increase the operational efficiency and improve the quality and accessibility of service delivery processes and functions, and information sharing through the consistent application of best practices in project management, process optimization, research and evaluation, relationship management, and business operations. The goal of this work is to achieve significant, cost effective, user-friendly and measurable organizational value that is aligned with the Cap Mark’s mission, vision, goals and objectives.

Associates will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project team members, developing and managing program(s) and managing a variety of business change activities in the project lifecycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling, and closing) demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end. The projects will be high visibility, complex, long-term projects with substantial impact across multiple lines of business, systems, and customers.

The incumbent will partner with business line manger(s) and design short, medium and long-term operational improvements.
